Taiwan’s national incubator is on a path to becoming New Labs. 7.SUNS, Inc. has signed definitive agreements with the CEO and Co-Founder of the National Incubator of Taiwan establishing an acquisition path for BoostX, which it intends to convert into the affiliate that automates technology oversight and provides outsourced engineering to creators inside the New Brave World.

Taiwan’s national incubator is on a path to becoming New Labs. 7.SUNS, Inc. has signed definitive agreements with the CEO and Co-Founder of the National Incubator of Taiwan establishing an acquisition path for BoostX, which it intends to convert into the affiliate that automates technology oversight and provides outsourced engineering to creators inside the New Brave World.
The agreements set out the structure and conditions under which 7.SUNS completes the acquisition. The incubator brings the relationships of a national programme into the ecosystem.
New Labs is the first of the ecosystem’s five pillars to take physical form outside the United States. The pillar plugs creators into the New Brave World through engineering capacity and technology oversight, so that a creator with an idea and an audience does not have to assemble a development team to ship. Taiwan’s position in hardware, semiconductors, and applied AI makes it the natural home for that function.
The transaction follows the company’s partnership and guardianship thesis: institutions inside the New Brave World are held and operated for the creators they serve. Legal counsel to 7.SUNS is Cooley.
